Timings: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
Week Off: 1st & 2ND Saturday & Sunday
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Relationship Manager to drive growth for our Supply Chain Finance, Invoice discounting and Working Capital solutions. The role involves building strategic partnerships, managing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities within the fintech and supply chain ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with corporates, financial institutions and channel partners.
- Do cold calling, generate leads, and drive client acquisition.
- Identify new business opportunities for Supply Chain Finance solutions.
- Lead partnership discussions and coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution.
- Monitor market trends and maintain strong stakeholder engagement.
- Drive onboarding and business growth through strategic alliances.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4+ years of experience in Relationship Management, Business Development, Banking, NBFC or Fintech.
- Willing to meet clients for business requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of Supply Chain Finance / Working Capital products preferred.
- MBA is an added advantage.
