FP&A Assistant Manager Full Time

Arqivo Crop Solutions Pvt. Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Tagros Chemicals India Pvt. Ltd., is looking for a highly analytical and driven FP&A Assistant Manager to support financial planning, forecasting, MIS, business analytics, and strategic decision-making for our growing B2C business.

This role offers strong exposure to cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, supply chain, and commercial teams while working closely with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Annual budgeting and monthly forecasting

• MIS reporting and business performance analytics

• Profitability and variance analysis

• Support pricing, GTM, and demand planning initiatives

• ROI analysis for marketing and channel programs

• Working capital planning and financial controls

• Support audits, compliance, and process improvements

• Preparation of management and board review presentations

Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory

• 0–2 years of experience

• Preferred exposure to B2C industries such as FMCG, Retail, Consumer Durables, Agri Inputs, etc.

• Strong analytical, financial modelling, and communication skills

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; SAP/S4 HANA and BI tools preferred
