Customer Support Agent (Crypto Tax) – Bhubaneswar

INR 15,000 – 20,000/month | 9-hour shift

What this role really is

You’ll talk to ~100 users a day who are confused, stuck, or stressed about crypto taxes.

Most don’t understand what’s going on.

Some are frustrated.

A few are panicking.

Your job is simple:

help them leave the conversation feeling sorted.

What you’ll do

• Handle inbound support across chat, email, and calls

• Solve issues like:

CSV upload errors

API sync problems

TDS mismatches

Report generation issues

• Independently resolve most queries using SOPs

• Escalate edge cases smartly

• Spot patterns and flag repeat issues

• Guide users on calls in Hinglish when needed

Who this is for

• You’re comfortable switching between Hindi + English
• You can learn fast (you don’t need crypto knowledge right now)
• You notice patterns and think logically

What you need

• Strong communication (English + Hindi)
• Basic comfort with tools (chat software, spreadsheets, web apps)
• Ability to follow SOPs but also think when needed
• Willingness to work a structured 9-hour shift
• Based in / open to working from Bhubaneswar

Bonus: Support, fintech, or tax-related experience

What a typical day looks like

• Fix a CSV issue caused by Excel formatting

• Flag a repeated issue so the team can fix it at scale

Important note

This is not a chill support job.

It’s high-volume, fast-paced, and requires patience + clarity.

But if you’re good, you’ll learn a lot very quickly.
