Import Export Pricing Executive Full Time

We are looking for an experienced Import Export Pricing Executive to join our Freight Forwarding & Logistics team.

Location: Udyog Vihar Phase-1, Gurugram

Industry: Freight Forwarding / Logistics

Experience: 3–5 Years

Salary Budget: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

✨ What you’ll own:

• Handle export pricing activities for Air Freight and Ocean Freight shipments

• Prepare and submit competitive quotations within timelines

• Manage RFQs and provide pricing solutions for DDU/DAP shipments

• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, and transport teams for best freight rates and transit routes

• Liaise with overseas offices for competitive pricing and routing solutions

• Ensure smooth execution of international shipments from origin to destination

• Resolve shipment, customs, and documentation-related queries efficiently

• Maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and vendors

• Monitor market freight trends and global trade regulations

✅ You’re a great fit if you have:

• 3–5 years of experience in Export Pricing within Freight Forwarding/Logistics industry

• Strong knowledge of Freight Forwarding industry

• Expertise in Export Pricing and Quotation handling

• Good understanding of Air Freight and Ocean Freight operations

• Experience handling DDU/DAP shipments

• Knowledge of customs documentation and international trade practices

• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills

• Experience coordinating with overseas agents and shipping partners
