We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead IT hiring operations and manage a team of recruiters for multiple client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead a team of 20 recruiters
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment across technologies
Drive hiring targets, team productivity, and delivery quality
Manage client communication and stakeholder relationships
Track recruitment metrics, MIS, SLAs, and closures
Support team training, mentoring, and performance management
Required Skills
Strong experience in IT hiring/recruitment
Team handling and client management experience
Expertise in sourcing, screening, and recruitment operations
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
