This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Accountant at Techinfinity. The Junior Accountant will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to accounting. This may include financial data entry, bookkeeping, reconciling bank statements, preparing financial reports and assisting in audits.
Accounts:-
- Knowledge of Tally
- Maintaining purchase, sales and expenses data
- Generating proforma invoices & invoices, credit/debit notes, Emailing the same to the clients
- Ensuring timely receipt of payments
- Ensuring timely payments to the suppliers
- Reconciling bank statements
- Preparing monthly GST data
- Filing monthly GST data on the GST portal
- TDS/TCS Working Preparation and timely submission
- Preparing data for IT returns and co-ordinating with the CA for timely and accurate filing
