Korah Stitch is a premium contemporary women’s wear brand offering thoughtfully designed kurta sets, co-ord sets, dresses, and tunics. We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media & Influencer Marketing Executive to help us build our brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who understands fashion, visual storytelling, Instagram aesthetics, content trends, AI creative tools, and influencer marketing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan and manage the monthly social media content calendar for Instagram and Facebook.
2. Create and coordinate social media content including reels, posts, stories, carousels, launch creatives, offer creatives, and product-led content.
3. Use AI tools, Canva, and other content tools to create brand-aligned creatives and content ideas.
4. Plan Instagram grids and ensure the page looks premium, consistent, and visually appealing.
5. Write captions, hooks, story text, and short-form content in a brand-appropriate tone.
6. Post content regularly across Instagram and Facebook as per the approved calendar.
7. Make BTS of factory setup for content and customer testimonials at Exhibition for posting.
8. Research trends, reel formats, audios, competitor content, and fashion industry references.
9. Manage influencer outreach, including identifying relevant influencers, sending collaboration messages, following up, and maintaining influencer data.
10. Track influencer collaborations, deliverables, coupon codes, barter/paid deals, and performance.
11. Support new collection launches, campaigns, festive promotions, sale announcements, and product drops.
12. Prepare basic weekly/monthly reports on content performance, engagement, reach, influencer activity, and learnings.

Requirements

1. 1–2 years of experience in social media, content, influencer marketing, or fashion/D2C brand marketing.
2. Good understanding of Instagram, reels, stories, trends, grid planning, and content formats.
3. Basic design ability using Canva or similar tools.
4. Comfortable using AI tools for content ideas, creatives, captions, and visual concepts.
5. Strong sense of aesthetics, especially for fashion, lifestyle, and women’s wear.
6. Good written communication skills in English.
7. Organized and comfortable managing calendars, influencer lists, follow-ups, and posting schedules.
8. Ability to work with deadlines and coordinate.
9. Prior experience with a fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or D2C brand will be preferred.
