Assistant Manager – SQS Full Time

ü Safety, Quality & Sustainability KPIs are met at the site

ü SQS team is trained & is aware of the Global SQS requirements.

ü Guide & mentor the SQS team in the plant & oversee shift operation

ü India data is updated for Safety & Quality in the Global Data Base

ü Supplier Complaints are addressed by the Supplier in 21 working days with CAPA & Credit Note

• Oversees the Lab Operations & supports lab team in GC & AAS analysis; can guide the team & troubleshoot these equipment
• Has a proactive approach & is able to analyse risks for any new proposed changes.
• Plans & Conducts Vendor Audits (RGB Suppliers, RM, PM & Service Providers)
• Reviews & maintains skill matrix of the SQS team.
• Keeps the Safety & Quality MIS ready & updated
• Analyse non-conformities using tools and arrive at CAPA desirable.
• Promotes correct behaviours through personal example.

Contributes to continually Improving the Safety & Quality Performance by executing Improvement Projectsf
