Dispatch and store manager Full Time

• Inventory management: managing the stock levels of the warehouse, replenishing items out of stock, and strategizing stock control.
• Vendor management: managing relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Reporting: preparing reports on stock levels, sales, and other relevant metrics.
• Coordinate and manage the scheduling of staff and dispatch of goods
• Monitor the shipment of goods to ensure timely delivery
• Resolve any issues or delays in the dispatch process
• Ensure compliance with transport laws and regulations
• Train and supervise dispatch staff and drivers
• Maintain records of dispatches, routes, and vehicles
• Implement and oversee safety procedures and protocols
• Communicate with customers to provide updates on dispatch and delivery timings
• Review and implement strategies to improve dispatch operations
• Manage and maintain the dispatch budget and monitor expenditure
• Ensure vehicles and equipment are regularly maintained and serviced
• Handle and resolve customer complaints or queries related to dispatch
• Generate invoices/eway bills and any other documentation per se
• Manage stock in software
• Purchase/ sales bills to recorded

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 – ₹27,000.00 per month
