Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented US Workforce Operations Lead to support our growing US consulting and staffing operations. This role will work closely with our established India-based operations team while serving as a key operational support contact for our US consultants, contractors, and client engagements.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of US staffing operations, onboarding coordination, workforce administration, consultant support, and operational process management. This role requires excellent English communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with both US stakeholders and offshore teams.

This position is operationally focused and will help ensure smooth onboarding, workforce support, timesheet coordination, payroll support activities, client documentation handling, and process compliance across US staffing operations.

Key Responsibilities

US Consultant Onboarding & Support

• Coordinate onboarding activities for US-based W2 employees and C2C consultants
• Ensure onboarding documentation and compliance requirements are completed accurately and on time
• Serve as a primary operational support contact for consultants during onboarding and active client engagements
• Support consultants with operational questions related to onboarding, timesheets, payroll coordination, and assignment administration
• Coordinate background checks, employment documentation, and client onboarding requirements
• Maintain organized and accurate onboarding and consultant records

Workforce Operations & Process Coordination

• Work closely with internal India-based operations teams to ensure operational processes are followed consistently
• Help improve operational workflows, documentation standards, and process execution
• Monitor onboarding status, consultant activity, assignment extensions, and offboarding coordination
• Track operational deliverables and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Escalate operational issues appropriately when needed

Timesheets & Payroll Coordination

• Support timesheet collection and follow-up activities
• Coordinate with payroll, finance, and operations teams to ensure accurate processing support
• Assist with consultant assignment tracking and operational administration
• Help ensure workforce operational data is accurate and up to date

Client Documentation & Administrative Support

• Send NDAs, MSAs, and onboarding documentation to clients for review and signature
• Coordinate documentation flow between clients and internal contracts/legal teams
• Maintain tracking of client documentation and operational status updates
• Support client onboarding administration activities as required

US Operations Coordination

• Work closely with US leadership and operations stakeholders
• Help bridge communication and operational alignment between US requirements and India execution teams
• Assist with SOP documentation and operational process improvements
• Support operational reporting and status tracking activities

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in staffing operations, HR operations, workforce operations, or consulting operations
• Strong understanding of US staffing operations, including W2 and C2C onboarding processes
• Experience supporting onboarding, consultant operations, timesheets, payroll coordination, and workforce administration
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• High attention to detail and process accuracy
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and operational tools
• Ability to work overlapping US business hours when required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in IT staffing or consulting services
• Experience supporting US-based consultants or clients
• Familiarity with VMS/MSP staffing environments
• Experience working with offshore delivery or support teams
• Experience handling operational documentation and compliance coordination
