Responsibilities:
Compliance Management
- Handle company compliances such as Trade License and Shops & Establishment.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of all compliance activities.
Vendor Management
- Coordinate with 10-15 Regular vendors for ongoing operational needs.
- Obtain and compare quotations.
Infrastructure & Facility Management
- Oversee maintenance of office infrastructure.
Asset & Equipment maintenance
- Schedule and track servicing for: Company Car, Bike, Generator.
Project & Expansion Support
- Assist in operational setup for new projects (e.g, New Office spaces).
- Support execution of new infrastructure work.
