Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Director to lead business development efforts in Bangladesh. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic client relationships, and expanding our market presence within the apparel manufacturing industry. 

The Sales Director will promote Clothing Tech’s digital solutions and flagship products by positioning them effectively in the market and demonstrating their value to apparel manufacturers, sourcing offices, and enterprise clients. The role requires a strong understanding of consultative sales, client relationship management, and market development. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets. 
• Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and relationship management. 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with apparel manufacturers, sourcing companies, and industry stakeholders. 
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive insights. 
• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and contract closures. 
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Product, R&D, and Customer Success to deliver tailored client solutions. 
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports for leadership review. 
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities. 
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing ongoing support and account management. 
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Apparel technology, or a related field. 
• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the apparel, textile, technology, or SaaS industry. 
• Strong understanding of the Bangladesh apparel and manufacturing market. 
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 
• Ability to build long-term client relationships and manage multiple accounts effectively. 
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. 
• Experience using CRM platforms and sales reporting tools. 
• Fluency in English and Bengali is preferred. 

Preferred Skills: 

• Knowledge of digital transformation solutions within manufacturing or apparel industries. 
• Knowledge of 3D tools, pattern & CAD, & Industrial engineering 
• Experience working with international clients or global teams. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
