We build at AI speed. Quality has to move just as fast.
At Pisteyo we design and ship applications and platforms faster than traditional teams can. That pace only holds if quality keeps up with it. This role is the answer. Not a seat on a large QA team, but the single point of confidence that what reaches our clients works, looks right, and stays reliable as it grows.
What you will own
Five layers. One owner.
You cover the whole quality story, from the first click to the production deploy.
UI testing
Verify that interfaces render, respond, and behave correctly across browsers, devices, and screen sizes. Build automated visual and functional checks that catch layout breaks, broken states, and inconsistencies before users do.
UX testing
Go past “does it work” to “does it work well.” Evaluate flows, friction, accessibility, and clarity. Flag where users will hesitate, get lost, or drop off, and turn those observations into specific, actionable fixes.
Code testing
Read code, write tests, and validate logic. Build and maintain unit, integration, and API suites. Use AI to generate coverage, surface edge cases, and review changes at the same speed the team delivers them.
Infrastructure testing
Test what holds the product up. Validate deployments, environments, configurations, and pipelines. Run load, performance, and resilience checks so infrastructure behaves under real conditions, not just on paper.
Regression testing
Make sure new work never breaks old work. Maintain automated regression suites that run continuously and keep release confidence high without slowing the team down.
The green light
Be the trusted signal for every release. When you say it is ready, the team ships with confidence. You own that judgment and the evidence behind it.
How you will workAI-first. Automation by default.AI is your default tool, not an occasional one
Use AI to generate test cases, write and refactor test code, analyze failures, summarize results, and expand coverage faster than any manual process allows.
Automate first, repeat never
If a check runs more than once, it should run on its own. Build pipelines that test continuously, trigger on every change, and report clearly.
Own the full picture
You see the whole product and the whole quality story, not a slice of it. Scope it, prioritize it, and run it without waiting to be told what to test.
Make quality visible
Translate test results into clear signals that engineers and leadership can act on. Quality should be something the whole team can see, not a black box.
