Position Title: Jr. Scrum Master

Experience: 2-3 years (1-2 years in scrum, handling scrum meetings, JIRA exp)

Job description

1. 1-2 years of work experience in managing scrum team

2. Strong experience of Agile and Scrum principles

3. Must have – Conducted Backlog Refinement, Story Point Estimation, Sprint Planning and Retro sessions

4. Facilitate Scrum Events. Host daily stand up meetings and ensure proper status tracking and monitoring

5. Assist product owner in prioritising backlog items and plan sprint accordingly

6. Remove project impediments/roadblocks to ensure timely delivery of projects

7. Ensuring development team is working efficiently which can be achieved by conducting regular reviews

8. Act as a change agent that increases productivity of scrum teams

9. Communicate and work with other scrum masters

10. He/She must be good in communication, impart transparency and should be collaborative

11. Strong knowledge of JIRA
