I am writing to express my interest in the People Function role at Tata Steel Foundation. Recently completed my MBA in Human Resource Management from NMIMS Mumbai, I am eager to contribute my HR knowledge, analytical capabilities, and passion for people development to an organization that is creating meaningful social impact across communities.
My academic journey and practical experiences have equipped me with a strong foundation in talent management, employee engagement, recruitment, onboarding, and HR analytics. During my internship at Aurionpro Solutions, I led benchmarking studies across multiple organizations, analyzed rewards and recognition programs, and designed a structured 30-90 day onboarding framework to improve employee integration and readiness. These projects strengthened my ability to use data-driven insights to enhance employee experience and support organizational objectives.
Previously, during my internship at Tata Steel, I analyzed competitor hiring practices and developed recommendations that improved recruitment efficiency and reduced hiring turnaround time. This experience provided me with valuable exposure to the Tata culture and reinforced my appreciation for the group’s commitment to excellence, ethics, and community development. Additionally, my experience with end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation at Finploy enabled me to develop a practical understanding of the employee lifecycle and stakeholder management.
I am particularly drawn to Tata Steel Foundation’s vision of creating an enlightened and equitable society through sustainable development initiatives. The opportunity to partner with leadership, drive employee engagement, support organizational transformation, and contribute to a high-performance culture aligns closely with my professional aspirations. My strengths in communication, analytical thinking, relationship building, and problem-solving would enable me to effectively contribute to the Foundation’s people agenda.
