Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Bengaluru. The position offers a fixed compensation of 3.6 LPA, along with additional benefits and performance-based incentives. Salary revisions and promotions are structured through a 6-month review cycle, based on clearly defined KPI metrics.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and fostering a positive workplace environment. Key responsibilities include recruitment and onboarding, performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and effective implementation of HR policies. You will also serve as a key point of contact, providing HR support and guidance to both employees and management.
Qualifications
- 3+ yrs of experience in HR field
- Proficiency in HR Operations and implementation of HR Policies
- Strong skills in managing and improving Employee Relations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in a healthcare or clinic setting is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with labor laws and compliance requirements
