Holiday Consultant Full Time

Job Summary:

Escapenfly is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Holiday Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of experience in the travel industry, with a strong focus on package sales. The Holiday Consultant will be responsible for promoting, selling, and customizing travel packages for clients, ensuring excellent service and fostering long-term relationships to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities: Sales and Business Development:

• Generate New Leads: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through multiple channels, including cold calling, email marketing, social media, and networking events.
• Sell Travel Packages: Promote and sell customized holiday packages, tours, and services offered by Escapenfly to potential clients.
• Tailored Solutions: Understand clients’ travel preferences and needs to recommend and customize holiday packages that align with their interests and budget.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Personalized Service: Provide clients with personalized travel recommendations, itineraries, and destination advice to ensure a seamless booking experience.
• Follow-up and Satisfaction: Proactively follow up with clients post-booking to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and maintain a high level of customer service.

Sales Targets and Reporting:

• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Record Sales Activity: Accurately record all sales activities, customer interactions, and bookings in the CRM system.
• Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, highlighting achievements, challenges, and market trends to management.

Market Research and Strategy:

• Stay Informed: Conduct regular research to stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
• Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance Escapenfly’s market presence and revenue growth.

Customer Service:

• Exceptional Service: Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving booking issues, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
• Booking Assistance: Assist clients with travel bookings, changes, cancellations, and post-purchase support.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
• Experience: 4 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the travel or tourism industry, with a focus on selling holiday packages.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of travel products, services, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive business growth.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
