PM/Sr PM/GPM Full Time

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site PM/Sr PM/GPM role based in Mumbai. The position involves managing end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The role requires close collaboration with expediting, inspection, and logistics teams to ensure timely procurement, delivery, and quality compliance of materials and equipment. The individual will track project progress, identify risks, implement mitigation plans, and ensure adherence to budget, timelines, and safety standards. Daily responsibilities also include preparing project reports, conducting review meetings, driving process improvements, and supporting leadership with data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

• Strong project management capabilities, including Project Management, planning, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.
• Hands-on experience in expediting functions, including Expeditor responsibilities and Expediting activities with vendors and suppliers.
• Exposure to Inspection processes, including coordination of quality checks, documentation, and compliance with standards.
• Knowledge of Logistics Management, including shipment planning, tracking, and coordination with logistics partners.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or PMP/Prince2 certification is an advantage.
• Proven experience in project execution within manufacturing, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or related industrial environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office, with clear written and verbal communication skills.
