Cloud Solutions Analyst- Hyderabad Full Time

Position Summary

Our team in Hyderabad is seeking a Senior Analyst, to fill a position within the Technology & Infrastructure department in the USI DT CA organization., to handle operations support in the field of Cloud infrastructure Administration for Azure and AWS, Azure AD/DNS, Exchange/O365 for IT Infrastructure, reporting to the Manager, in a matrix-based reporting environment, the incumbent will possess strong oral and written communication, analytical, troubleshooting, implementation and problem resolution skills.

This role will involve programmatic deployment of robust Infrastructure solutions in the cloud. A solid understanding of enterprise storage, Cloud resources and cost, compute, AI/ML, and networking technologies is key.

The incumbent will be accountable for but not limited to the duties below.

Work you’ll do

• Technical expertise in deploying and configuring AI/ML services in Azure (Databricks, Machine Learning, AI Foundry, etc.) and AWS (Sagemaker, EC2, etc.)
• Automate the buildout of Infrastructure solutions on the Microsoft Azure and AWS cloud through code
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Implement and manage infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform or ARM, Bicep.
• Drive technical innovation and efficiency in infrastructure operations via automation and orchestration
• Collaborate with Infrastructure teams to facilitate build out of public cloud-based solutions
• Expertise in containerization using Docker and Advanced knowledge of container orchestration using Kubernetes.
• Good understanding of key technologies and services offered in Microsoft Azure and AWS
• Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with security policies.
• Incident Management: Participate in incident response and root cause analysis for production issues.
• Infrastructure management tasks, project SDLC setups, encompassing VIP creation, DNS record management, and firewall configurations etc.
• Monitor, analyze and optimize inter-cloud network connectivity
• Review Infrastructure capacity and generate KPI reports
• Implement monitoring and logging solutions to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Document Infrastructure builds and creates system support run books
• Enforce standardization of environment configuration and prevent configuration drifts
• Lead automation of key infrastructure workflows to drive up efficiency
• Maintain documentation related to system configuration, processes, and procedures, and continuously seek process improvements.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide updates on project progress
• Basic Knowledge on Agile Methodology, Knowledge on SAFe methodology is Good to have
• Extensively involved in Managing Ubuntu, Linux and Windows virtual servers on Azure/AWS EC2 instance
• Familiarity with IAM Azure AD, O365, DNS is a plus

Technical Responsibilities:

• Cloud Automation (AWS) – Lambda, Boto3, Cloud Formation/ARM Templates, IAM Policies, Serverless Framework
• Cloud Automation (Azure) – Azure CLI, Power Shell, VSTS, Azure Devops, ARM and Master Templates
• Scripting and Configuration – (PS, PS CLI, AWS CLI, Chef, Puppet, Python, JSON, Yaml), Terraform

The team

CSS is an essential part of the USI DT CA – T&I Group. The main focus of this organization is the management and maintenance of technology solutions that support the work of various teams. The team manages and maintains solutions for a range of technologies, including Azure, AWS, Cloud Security, Microsoft technologies, Active Directory, Entra ID and Exchange/O365, IT Infrastructure Monitoring & Operations, Network & Firewall, Compliance Management, and ERP Applications such as PeopleSoft, Sibel, and EMS. It consists of several groups that deliver high-quality solutions to clients by following a structured system development methodology. These groups include DevSecOps, Observability and Automation, Network and Firewall, IOC, and Data Center.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM / 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Qualifications

Required:

• BE in Computer Science/Electrical/Electronics
• Cloud certification: Preferably AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate/ Microsoft Azure Administrator MAZ104
• Familiarity with Dynatrace monitoring, Observability
• Scripting language (PowerShell, Bash, C#, VBScript)
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as demonstrable evidence of effective team interactions, client relationship development, and task management
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Have at least 1-3 years of experience in DNS, Windows 2008/12/16, RHEL servers etc
• Be able to collaborate with clients, identify engagement, follow-on opportunities, and have a strong desire to excel.
• Basic Knowledge on Agile Methodology, Knowledge on SAFe methodology is Good to have
• Effective interpersonal communication and customer service skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Methodical and detailed approach towards project management
