Marketing & Business Development Associate (Remote – India)
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and growth-oriented Marketing & Business Development Associate to support partnerships, outbound initiatives, branding, and strategic growth projects.
This role is ideal for a highly driven fresher, undergraduate, or early-stage professional who thrives in fast-paced startup environments and enjoys working closely with founders on execution-heavy projects.
Candidates with prior exposure to startups, agencies, creator economy businesses, or growth-focused roles will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Support business development and partnership outreach initiatives
- Assist with brand positioning, growth, and strategic execution
- Conduct market, competitor, and industry research
- Manage outbound communication through LinkedIn, email, and social platforms
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and founder-led initiatives
- Prepare presentations, pitch decks, partnership proposals, and supporting materials
- Collaborate closely with leadership on growth and expansion projects
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High ownership mindset with a proactive approach to execution
- Comfortable working in dynamic startup environments
- Good understanding of branding, marketing, and business growth
- Familiarity with Canva, Google Workspace, Notion, and AI tools preferred
Nice to Have
- Exposure to startups, creator economy, VC ecosystem, or agencies
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach, growth, or outbound sales
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and paid advertising
Compensation & Work Setup
- Location: Remote (India)
- Chennai-based candidates preferred
