About The Binge Town: We are India’s first and largest chain of private theatre celebration spaces with 25 operational branches across 12 cities. We are looking for a City Ops manager for our Mumbai division (which has three branches: Andheri, Thane and Navi Mumbai)
The candidate in this position will oversee the efficient and profitable operation of all branches in Mumbai by ensuring optimal customer experience and employee adherence to company SOPs. The candidate has to lead a team of more than 30 people across the city and ensure the success of all branches.
CTC: 5 LPA
Responsibilities
- Ensuring company SOPs are followed.
- Auditing daily activities and training the staff.
- Ensuring best customer experience for every booking.
- Expense control to maximize profitability
- Inventory & Stock Management

- Hiring & training
Qualifications
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 yr experience in hospitality, event management or any other service industry company.
- Proficiency in English, Marathi & Hindi is a must.
- Candidate should be open to one week of in-person training in Bangalore.
