Job Description

We are looking for a tech-savvy and enthusiastic Junior Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing, artificial intelligence, social media management, content creation, and marketing analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Create, schedule, and manage content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Midjourney, Canva AI, and similar platforms to support content creation and campaign execution.
• Monitor and analyse social media performance metrics, engagement rates, follower growth, impressions, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations based on data insights.
• Assist with website content updates, SEO activities, and online brand management.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend monitoring.
• Support lead generation initiatives through digital campaigns and outreach activities.
• Assist in email marketing campaigns and marketing automation activities.
• Track campaign KPIs using tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, LinkedIn Analytics, and Meta Business Suite.
• Collaborate with design, sales, and management teams to support marketing objectives.
• Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, digital marketing trends, and social media best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Social Media Management, Communications, or related fields.
• Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and AI-assisted marketing workflows.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content management tools.
• Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing principles.
• Exposure to Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, or similar analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to interpret marketing data and identify trends.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using AI-powered marketing tools.
• Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience managing LinkedIn company pages and B2B marketing campaigns.
• Understanding of marketing funnels, lead nurturing, and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of video editing tools and short-form content creation.
