Role Description

PR, Media & Events Sales Executive is a full-time on-site role based in Noida. Key responsibilities include identifying and pursuing business opportunities, building and managing strategic partnerships with media outlets and brands, and implementing growth strategies. The role also involves leading negotiations, supporting campaigns, driving revenue growth, and maintaining long-term client relationships. You will collaborate with internal teams to create innovative solutions for clients and ensure the achievement of business objectives.

What you will do

• Identify and reach out to founders, CEOs, brands, and professionals as potential clients
• Build and manage a strong pipeline through cold outreach, referrals, and inbound leads
• Run the full sales cycle from first conversation to closed deal
• Pitch our media and partnership solutions in a way that fits each client’s goals
• Coordinate with the editorial and content teams to deliver what you sell
• Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Maintain clean records of leads, conversations, and deals

What we are looking for

• 2 to 5 years of experience in business development, sales, media sales, or partnerships
• A confident communicator who can talk to founders and decision-makers with ease
• Comfortable with high-volume outreach across calls, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
• Target-driven, organised, and able to work independently
• Prior experience in media, PR, advertising, or agency sales is a strong plus
• Fluent in English and Hindi
