Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South for a Desktop Support Engineer L1.5 | Laptop Support Engineer. The role involves providing technical support for desktop computers and laptops, troubleshooting hardware and peripheral issues, and offering printer support. The candidate will ensure seamless hardware performance for users while addressing technical concerns in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in working with Desktop Computers and Computer Hardware
• Experience in providing Technical Support and Troubleshooting technical issues
• Knowledge of Printer Support, including setup and maintenance
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in an on-site environment
• Educational background in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
