Location: Ballygunge, South Kolkata (Work from Office)

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Shift: Day Shift | 5.5 Days Working

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and warm leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

* Drive sales through effective communication and consultative selling.

* Follow up with customers and maximize conversions.

* Maintain customer records and sales updates in CRM.

* Achieve monthly sales targets.

 Requirements

* Strong communication and convincing skills.

* Experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, D2C Sales, or Product Sales preferred.

* Customer-focused and target-oriented mindset.

* Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.
