VJS Hospitality manages premium serviced apartments in Gurugram, providing comfortable stays and exceptional hospitality services to corporate and individual guests. We are looking for a dynamic and organized Office Assistant to support our administrative, hospitality, and marketing operations.
Job Summary
The Office Assistant will be responsible for handling daily administrative tasks, supporting hospitality operations, coordinating apartment inventories, preparing quotations, assisting with social media activities, and managing client and broker communications. This is a multi-functional role requiring strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Administrative & Office Operations
* Manage day-to-day office administration and support activities.
* Maintain records, documents, agreements, invoices, and databases.
* Handle phone calls, emails, WhatsApp inquiries, and correspondence.
* Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate office activities.
* Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and operational records using MS Excel.
* Hospitality Operations
* Support day-to-day operations of serviced apartments.
* Coordinate with maintenance, vendors, and service providers.
* Ensure apartments are guest-ready and operationally compliant.
* Assist in guest-related coordination and service requests.
* Inventory Management
* Prepare and maintain inventories of apartments.
* Prepare quotations, proposals, and client offers.
* Coordinate with brokers, channel partners, and corporate clients for apartment viewings.
* Schedule site visits and follow up on inquiries.
* Maintain records of leads, viewings, and client interactions.
* Social Media & Marketing post and Support
* Assist in creating and posting content on social media platforms.
* Update apartment listings, property information on online platforms.
Requirements
* Graduate in any discipline.
* 1–3 years of experience in administration, hospitality, real estate, customer service, or a similar role.
* Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and Google Workspace.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage priorities effectively.
Preferred Experience
* Hospitality, hotels, serviced apartments, property management, or facilities management.
* Inventory management and vendor coordination.
* Social media handling and basic marketing support.
* Real estate sales coordination and broker management.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
