Customer Account Executive Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Understand client goals, marketing objectives, and business requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Performance Marketing, Creative, Content and Web Development.
• Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Conduct regular client meetings and provide campaign updates.
• Address client queries, concerns, and escalation issues promptly.
• Build strong long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
• Monitor client satisfaction and ensure service quality standards are maintained.
• Maintain accurate records of client communications, deliverables, and contracts.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong client relationship management abilities.
• Understanding of Digital Marketing services including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Social Media Marketing.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 – ₹500,000.00 per month
