📊 Product Analyst (2+ Years Experience)

As a Product Analyst, you’ll work closely with product and engineering teams to drive data-backed decision-making. You’ll analyze user behavior, optimize product performance, and help shape product strategy through insights derived from data.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving product problems using data, building dashboards, and influencing business outcomes in a fast-paced startup environment.

🧩 What You’ll Do

📈 Product Analytics & Insights

• Analyze user behavior, funnels, and product performance metrics
• Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights to improve user experience
• Define and track key product KPIs

🧮 Data Analysis & Reporting

• Write complex queries using SQL to extract and analyze data
• Use Python for data analysis, automation, and modeling
• Build dashboards and reports using visualization tools

📊 Experimentation & Optimization

• Design and analyze A/B tests to improve product features
• Work with product teams to evaluate feature impact and performance
• Recommend data-driven improvements to product flows

🤝 Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and business teams
• Translate business problems into analytical frameworks
• Communicate insights clearly to stakeholders

✅ You’re a Great Fit If You

• Have 2+ years of experience in product analytics or a similar role
• Are hands-on with SQL, Python, and Excel
• Have experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
• Strong understanding of product metrics, funnels, and user behavior
• Have strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Prior startup experience is a plus
