IT Support /Backend Executive Full Time

Job Description – Backend / IT Support Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

1) Provide laptops and system assets for new joiners and complete the required system configuration and software installation.

2) Troubleshoot laptop, dialer, and network-related issues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

3) Identify and resolve technical problems within the required turnaround time to avoid operational delays.

4) Coordinate with technical support teams and vendors for issue resolution and escalation management.

5)Monitor internet connectivity, dialer functionality, and system performance regularly.

6) Maintain system access, user credentials, and basic IT infrastructure support.

7) Handle backend operational support and ensure uninterrupted workflow for CSRs and internal teams.

8) Assist in software setup, updates, and system maintenance activities.

9) Maintain records related to assets, troubleshooting activities, and technical support requests.

10) Support audit requirements and ensure compliance with company IT and security policies.

Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of networking & Dialer system troubleshooting

Problem-solving and coordination skills

Good communication and team support ability

Familiarity with dialer systems and backend operations

Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues on priority basis

Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
