Social Media Management Trainee Full Time

Location: Hybrid-Pune

Stipend: 12-15k/Per Month

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and accountable Social Media Management & Client Communication Trainee who is eager to learn digital marketing, social media management, and client servicing. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of social media platforms, strong communication skills, and the ability to take ownership of assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing content across social media platforms.
• Coordinate with clients to collect approvals, feedback, and content requirements.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports.
• Support content creation by coordinating with designers and content writers.
• Ensure timely execution of client deliverables and campaign activities.
• Respond to client queries and maintain regular communication.
• Track project timelines and follow up internally to ensure deadlines are met.
• Research social media trends, competitor activities, and industry updates.
• Assist in maintaining client documentation and communication records.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility for assigned projects.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Canva, Google Workspace, or social media scheduling tools is a plus.
• Positive attitude, accountability, and problem-solving mindset.
