• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, display, email, and marketplace platforms.
• Manage paid advertising on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and marketplace ad tools (Amazon, Flipkart).
• Drive performance marketing initiatives focused on ROAS, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and conversion optimization.
• Manage SEO, content distribution, and organic growth strategies for the website and listings.
• Run influencer and creator collaborations relevant to handicrafts, GI products, and Indian culture.
• Track, analyze, and report key digital marketing KPIs — impressions, CTR, conversions, ROAS — and continuously optimize.
Brand & Campaign Management
• Develop and execute digital marketing calendars aligned with seasonal, festive, and category-specific campaigns.
• Maintain consistency in brand voice, visual identity, and storytelling across all digital touchpoints.
• Lead campaign ideation, creative briefing, and execution in coordination with content, design, and sourcing teams.
• Capture and showcase artisan stories, craft heritage, and product narratives to build emotional brand connect online.
• Monitor brand sentiment, customer feedback, and PR opportunities across digital channels.
Cross-functional Coordination & Reporting
• Work closely with sourcing, e-commerce, content, and design teams to align marketing with product and operations priorities.
• Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and freelancers for campaign execution and asset development.
• Manage the digital marketing budget across all channels and ensure cost efficiency.
• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Stay updated on emerging marketing trends, platform changes, and competitor activity.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

EDUCATION
6-8 LPA
Bachelor’s in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field; MBA/PGDM in Marketing preferred.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing. Experience with handicrafts, GI products, lifestyle brands, or e-commerce is highly desirable.
Skills Required
• Hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms — Meta Ads, Google Ads, marketplace ads, SEO, email tools.
• Strong campaign planning, project management, and execution skills.
• Analytical mindset with comfort in marketing data, performance metrics, and reporting tools.
