We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our people function. This is a foundational role — you will be establishing and scaling HR practices across our 150-person team, working directly with the Owner to align people strategy with business growth. The right candidate will be equally comfortable designing systems and working on the ground with a diverse, long-tenured workforce.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Design and implement organisational structure, role definitions, and reporting hierarchy
• Develop and roll out a performance management system — KPIs, appraisal cycles, and feedback frameworks
• Own end-to-end recruitment across all functions, including blue-collar and white-collar hiring
• Manage payroll processing and ensure statutory compliance — PF, ESI, gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act
• Build and maintain HR policies, onboarding processes, and employee documentation
• Drive a culture of accountability, recognition, and internal communication across the organisation
• Partner with department heads to identify capability gaps and support team development
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• 6–10 years of HR experience, proven ability to design HR systems and processes, not just administer them
• Strong interpersonal skills – ability to build trust with a workforce that spans multiple functions and tenures
• Hands-on approach; comfortable being the primary HR resource while building the function
• Experience managing blue-collar and white-collar employee populations
• Familiarity with pharma, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environments is an advantage

SALARY: 4 LPA to 8 LPA (based on experience)
