About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and creative Media Ads Expert to lead paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms for international markets, primarily the US. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing, audience targeting, campaign optimization, influencer-led paid campaigns, and scaling profitable ad funnels.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Manage end-to-end campaign strategy including audience research, targeting, budget allocation, A/B testing, and scaling.
• Develop performance-driven ad funnels focused on lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand growth.
• Work closely with content, design, and influencer marketing teams to create high-converting creatives.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, and Customer Acquisition Cost.
• Build retargeting and remarketing strategies for international audiences.
• Track trends, competitor campaigns, and emerging advertising opportunities in global markets.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Coordinate with international influencers and creators to amplify paid campaign performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Media Buying, Performance Marketing, or Paid Advertising.
• Excellent English communication and campaign reporting skills.
• Proven experience managing ad budgets and optimizing campaigns for ROI.
• Experience with Shopify, eCommerce, or D2C brands will be preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Preferred Experience

• Experience handling campaigns for US or international markets.
• Exposure to fashion, textile, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
