Supply Chain Management – Elite Sofa Full Time

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and execution-focused Supply Chain Manager to lead Last Mile Operations for our premium sofa business. The role will be responsible for ensuring seamless delivery, installation, customer experience, logistics optimization, and operational excellence across the last-mile network. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in furniture, large-appliance, e-commerce, or bulky-goods logistics and a proven ability to manage delivery partners, installation teams, and customer-facing operations.

Key Responsibilitie

sLast Mile Operation

• sOwn end-to-end last-mile delivery operations for premium sofa products
• .Ensure timely, damage-free delivery and installation at customer locations
• .Monitor delivery SLAs, installation TATs, and customer satisfaction metrics
• .Drive operational efficiency across hubs, warehouses, and delivery partners

.Logistics & Partner Managemen

• tManage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and transportation partners
• .Develop and monitor partner scorecards covering cost, service quality, delivery success rate, and customer feedback
• .Identify and onboard new logistics partners to support business expansion

.Customer Experienc

• eEnsure a premium white-glove delivery and installation experience
• .Minimize delivery-related escalations and proactively resolve customer issues
• .Work closely with Customer Experience teams to improve NPS and post-delivery satisfaction

.Inventory & Warehouse Coordinatio

• nCoordinate with warehouse teams to ensure accurate dispatch planning
• .Monitor inventory availability and readiness for scheduled deliveries
• .Drive process improvements to reduce damages, returns, and reverse logistics costs

.Process Excellence & Analytic
