Job Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Telecallers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, following up with potential customers, maintaining customer records, and achieving assigned targets.

Candidates should possess good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data.
• Explain products and services to prospective clients.
• Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
• Record customer interactions and update call status in the system.
• Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and feedback.

Requirements

• Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
• Good communication skills in Hindi.
• Basic English communication is preferred.
• Ability to speak clearly and confidently.
• Basic computer and internet knowledge.
• Smartphone or laptop with a stable internet connection.
• Self-disciplined and target-oriented approach.

• Experience in telecalling, customer service, telesales, or lead generation.
