Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, trend-savvy, camera-friendly Content Creation Intern who can help us build one of the most engaging real estate brands in India.
You will create and strategize high-performing short-form content, including UGC videos, reels, trend-based content, and educational posts for platforms like Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Constantly spots viral trends before everyone else
- Loves creating and editing reels
- Is confident speaking on camera
- Can communicate fluently in both Hindi and English
- Understands how to combine storytelling with marketing
Key Responsibilities
UGC Content Creation
- Create authentic and engaging user-generated content (UGC) videos
- Record videos featuring yourself or team members
- Develop relatable scripts and hooks that capture attention in the first few seconds
Reel Editing
- Edit high-quality reels using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Canva
- Add captions, transitions, effects, and trending audio
- Optimize videos for maximum retention and engagement
Trend Research & Content Strategy
- Track trending audio, formats, memes, and viral concepts
- Adapt trends to the real estate and technology space
- Build content calendars and scheduling plans
- Suggest creative campaign ideas and hashtag strategies
Content Scheduling
- Organize and schedule content across social media channels
- Maintain a consistent posting cadence
Research & Analytics
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Analyze content performance and recommend improvements
- Identify winning content patterns and audience behavior
Digital Marketing Support
- Assist with social media growth initiatives
- Apply basic SEO principles for captions, descriptions, and hashtags
- Support brand-building and audience engagement activities
Required Skills
- Excellent spoken and written communication in Hindi and English
- Confident and well-spoken personality
- Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable on camera
- Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form content trends
- Proficiency in video editing tools
- Content strategy and storytelling skills
- Strong research and analytical abilities
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and SEO
