🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who can build and scale our entire lead generation system from scratch. This role is ideal for someone who understands paid ads, funnels, and conversion optimization deeply.

You will be responsible for generating high-intent, high-quality leads and building a scalable acquisition engine.

🔧 Key Responsibilities📢 Paid Ads & Campaign Management

• Set up and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search + Display)
• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns focused on lead generation
• Continuously test creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies

🎯 Lead Generation & Funnel Building

• Design and implement end-to-end lead funnels (Ads → Landing Page → CRM → Conversion)
• Focus on generating high-intent and high-priority leads
• Optimize CPL (Cost per Lead) and lead quality

📧 Email Marketing & Automation

• Set up and manage email campaigns and drip sequences
• Create automated workflows for lead nurturing and follow-ups

📊 Performance Tracking & Optimization

• Set up Meta Pixel, Google Conversion Tracking, and Analytics
• Monitor KPIs like CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS
• Use data to continuously improve campaign performance

💡 Strategy & Growth

• Identify new lead sources (SEO, WhatsApp, partnerships, etc.)
• Suggest and implement growth experiments
• Work closely with founders to scale marketing efforts

✅ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing / lead generation
• Hands-on experience with:
• Meta Ads
• Google Ads
• Landing page optimization
• Strong understanding of conversion funnels
• Experience in EdTech / Education industry (preferred)
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership

🔥 Bonus Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
• Knowledge of copywriting & ad creatives
• Familiarity with AI tools for marketing automation
