Warehouse Team Leader Full Time

WAREHOUSE HEAD

For a leading books distribution company.

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Warehouse Head who can efficiently manage book stock, distribution operations, returns, and warehouse staff.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in warehouse and stock management
• Ability to manage distribution and return operations efficiently
• Skilled in maintaining accurate stock records and stock matching
• Leadership qualities to manage and supervise warehouse teams
• Good organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of books
• Knowledge of inventory systems and reporting
• Honest, disciplined, and result-oriented

Responsibilities:

• Managing complete warehouse operations
• Maintaining proper stock of books and inventory records
• Supervising timely distribution and delivery processes
• Handling return stock and reconciliation
• Ensuring stock matching and minimizing losses
• Coordinating with sales and logistics teams
• Managing warehouse staff and workflow efficiently

Experienced candidates will be preferred.
Salary and benefits will be based on experience and skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
