QA Tester & Product Coordinator Full Time

Progranza is a US-based technology company building AI-powered SaaS products in healthcare, field services, and business automation. We are looking for a QA Tester & Product Coordinator who takes complete ownership of product quality across our mobile and web applications.

This is not a passive testing role. You will be the last line of defense before our products reach real users – including healthcare professionals in the US and Canada, and service businesses. You’ll work directly with the founder and the development team.

What you’ll do:

• Test mobile applications (iOS and Android) and web applications thoroughly before every release
• Write clear, reproducible bug reports with steps to reproduce, screenshots, expected behavior, and actual behavior
• Own and maintain test cases across multiple products – we currently build products in healthcare, field services, and business automation, with more launching soon
• Perform regression testing after bug fixes and feature updates
• Test API endpoints using Postman or similar tools
• Coordinate between the founder, developers, and contractors to track what’s been built, what’s broken, and what’s pending
• Communicate clearly and proactively — you’ll be working with developers, the founder, and occasionally with clients. Written and verbal communication in English must be strong.
• Help establish QA processes, checklists, and release readiness criteria as the team grows
• Take ownership of understanding each product deeply — not just surface-level clicking, but understanding the user workflow and business logic behind every feature

What we expect from you:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in manual testing of mobile and/or web applications
• Experience testing apps on real iOS and Android devices, not just emulators
• Ability to write structured, detailed bug reports – if you can’t explain the bug clearly, it doesn’t count
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal — you will coordinate across teams and sometimes interact with US-based clients
• Familiarity with Postman, Jira, or any bug tracking tool
• Basic understanding of how APIs work and how the frontend communicates with the backend
• You are self-driven – you don’t wait to be told what to test; you go find what’s broken

What you should know before applying:

• This is a full-time, dedicated role. We do not offer this as a part-time or freelance engagement. You will be expected to commit your full working hours to Progranza.
• We are an early-stage startup. Requirements change fast, priorities shift weekly, and you need to be comfortable with ambiguity. If you need rigid processes and fixed scope to function, this is not the right fit.
• You will handle multiple products and client projects simultaneously. Context-switching is part of the job.
• You’re welcome to use AI tools for test case generation, documentation, or anything that makes you faster. We care about output, not how you get there.
• The salary range for this role is ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month depending on your experience and skill level. Please apply only if this range works for you.
