Performance Marketing Manager – D2C Full Time

We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to accelerate the growth of our D2C e-commerce business across international markets. This role will be responsible for identifying scalable acquisition opportunities, improving marketing efficiency, and driving profitable revenue growth through data-led decision making and continuous experimentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Own customer acquisition and revenue growth across paid digital channels, with accountability for marketing efficiency and profitability.
• Lead media planning, budget allocation, forecasting, and scaling strategies across international D2C markets.
• Drive performance across Google and Meta ecosystems, identifying opportunities to improve ROAS, customer acquisition cost, and contribution margin.
• Establish structured testing frameworks across audiences, creatives, offers, and landing page experiences to unlock incremental growth.
• Partner with Creative, CRM, Analytics, and E-commerce teams to improve conversion rates, retention, and customer lifetime value.
• Build data-driven growth plans using customer insights, attribution models, and performance analytics.
• Leverage AI-powered tools and automation to improve campaign performance, operational efficiency, and decision-making.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing performance marketing team while fostering a culture of experimentation and accountability.

Qualification

• 8–12 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Digital Marketing within D2C e-commerce businesses.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading and managing performance marketing teams.
• Proven experience managing and scaling monthly advertising budgets exceeding $50,000.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Google Shopping, Performance Max, Google Merchant Center (GMC), Meta Ads, and Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns.
• Experience scaling revenue across UK and European markets within an e-commerce environment.
• Strong understanding of GDPR, consent management, and privacy-first measurement frameworks.
• Deep expertise in GA4, attribution modelling, conversion tracking, audience segmentation, and performance analytics.
• Proven experience driving growth through CRO, A/B testing, and customer journey optimization.
• Strong commercial understanding of D2C metrics including CAC, LTV, ROAS, MER, AOV, Conversion Rate, and Contribution Margin.
• Experience building creative performance frameworks and leveraging metrics such as Hook Rate, CTR, CPA, and Conversion Rate to drive scale.
• Exposure to AI-driven marketing, automation, predictive analytics, and performance optimization tools.
• Experience in Nutraceuticals, Health Supplements, Wellness, Healthcare, or Consumer Product brands will be highly preferred.
