Key Responsibilities
- Own the complete sales lifecycle from start to finish.
- Research potential markets, industries, companies, and decision-makers.
- Develop sales strategies and outreach plans.
- Generate and qualify high-quality leads.
- Establish relationships with prospects through networking, referrals, outbound outreach, and partnerships.
- Understand customer challenges and identify opportunities where VardexLabs can provide value.
- Conduct discovery calls and client meetings.
- Pitch VardexLabs services and solutions confidently.
- Convince prospects through consultative selling and business value discussions.
- Prepare and present proposals and commercial offerings.
- Negotiate commercial terms and contracts.
- Successfully close deals and drive customer on-boarding.
- Maintain long-term client relationships and identify up-sell opportunities.
- Submit weekly sales activity and pipeline reports to leadership.

Ideal Partner Profile
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

- Experience in B2B sales, consulting, recruitment, partnerships, technology sales, or business development is preferred.

- Ability to work independently and manage your own sales pipeline.
