Ad Creative Strategist – Full Time (Remote) Full Time

Role Description:

We are hiring a Creative Strategist to own the full creative process – from avatar development to brief writing, performance analysis, and iteration planning. This is a full-time remote role, reporting directly to the CMO.

This role is not about making ads look good. It is about understanding why ads work, testing hypotheses systematically, and building a creative system that compounds performance over time. You will not do any editing – that part sits with our design team. Everything else in the creative process is yours to own.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research customer avatars, pain points, and competitor ad angles
• Write structured creative briefs with clear hypotheses and defined test variables
• Direct designers on hook direction, tone, visual approach, and ad structure
• Write scripts and ad copy as required
• Analyse creative performance data via reporting tools.
• Extract specific, actionable insights from test results
• Plan and prioritise weekly test batches using the single-variable testing principle
• Build iteration plans from winning creatives

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in creative strategy or a related field
• Strong understanding of direct response advertising – hooks, avatars, angles, CTAs
• Analytical mindset – able to read data and form a clear next hypothesis
• Excellent written English – your briefs must be clear and unambiguous
• Organised and process-driven – you maintain systems, not just produce one-off work
• We are open to training the right person – attitude and thinking matter more than job title history

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: INR 35,000 – 70,000 / month based on skills and experience
• 100% remote – work from anywhere in India

• Windows/Mac with minimum Intel i5 or equivalent processor
• SSD storage preferred
