What this role i

sYou’ll be my execution partner. Whatever lands on my desk — strategy, finance, operations, a half-formed idea that needs structure — you’ll help take it from thought to done. You won’t wait to be told twice. You’ll anticipate, organise, follow through, and close loops

.

What you’ll d

o

• Work side by side with me on whatever the priority of the week is, across both companie

s • Turn raw data into clear decisions — models, dashboards, sharp analysis in Excel or with A

I • Run projects end to end: set the plan, coordinate the people, hold the timelin

e • Build structure where there’s chaos — trackers, systems, processes that stic

k • Coordinate and manage people on my behalf, and lead when I’m not in the roo

m • Draft the note, the deck, the email — clearly and well, the first tim

What I’m looking fo

• Engineering background; MBA preferre

d • Excellent written and spoken communicatio

n • Genuinely strong with Excel and data — not just “familiar

” • Knows how to manage people, work alongside them, and lead the

m • Super organised — nothing slip
