Business Development Intern (Freshers) Full Time

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Intern role based in Bengaluru. The intern will support lead generation by researching potential partners, institutions, and learners, and maintaining accurate records in relevant tools or CRM systems. Daily responsibilities include reaching out to prospects via calls, emails, and social platforms, scheduling meetings or demos, and assisting in presenting Internz Learn’s offerings. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing and academic teams to align outreach efforts, collecting feedback from prospects, and contributing ideas to improve business growth strategies. The intern will learn to analyze basic performance metrics and provide regular updates to the business development team.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with students, educators, and organizational partners.
• Basic understanding of sales or business development concepts, including lead generation, prospecting, and follow-up.
• Ability to conduct structured online research and organize information clearly for outreach and reporting.
• Comfort using digital tools such as spreadsheets, presentation software, and communication platforms; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet timelines.
• Interest in EdTech, education, or skill development, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Recent graduate or final-year student in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field (candidates from other disciplines with strong interest are also encouraged to apply).
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate effectively within a diverse, fast-paced team environment.
