Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Hiring Counsellor and Telecaller role based in Gwalior. The Hiring Counsellor and Telecaller will handle end-to-end candidate outreach, including making outbound calls, responding to inbound queries, and following up with prospective candidates for various hiring and training programs. The role includes counseling candidates on suitable career paths, explaining company services and job opportunities, and guiding them through the application and onboarding process. Daily responsibilities also involve maintaining candidate databases, updating call records and follow-up status in the internal systems, coordinating with internal teams on hiring requirements, and scheduling interviews. The role requires meeting daily and weekly calling targets, providing clear and professional communication, and representing the organization positively in all interactions.
Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently and clearly over the phone and in person.
• Experience or strong interest in counseling, telecalling, recruitment support, or customer interaction roles.
• Ability to manage candidate pipelines, maintain accurate records, and follow structured calling and follow-up processes.
• Comfort using basic office and communication tools (MS Office/Google Workspace, CRM or spreadsheets, email, messaging platforms).
• Good understanding of or willingness to learn about IT, training, and staffing services (e.g., full stack development, data, cloud, digital skills).
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple requirements and meet targets.
• Positive, service-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections professionally.
• Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in any discipline related to business, HR, or communication (freshers with strong skills are welcome).
• Fluency in Hindi and English; additional local language skills are an advantage.
