About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Google & Meta Ads Executive to plan, execute, optimize, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing, campaign optimization, audience targeting, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and Remarketing campaigns.
• Plan and execute Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
• Conduct keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor research.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets to maximize ROI and conversions.
• Track key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Generate quality leads and drive website traffic through paid advertising strategies.
• Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
• Coordinate with content, design, and web development teams for campaign requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, platform updates, and digital advertising best practices.
• Identify opportunities for campaign growth and performance improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads management.
• Strong understanding of PPC, performance marketing, and lead generation campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
