This is a dynamic role combining Human Resources, Office Administration, Vendor Coordination, and General Operations Support. We are looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, coordinating across departments and ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Employee onboarding, attendance, leave records, and HR documentation
* Coordination of payroll inputs and employee records
* Office administration, facility management, and vendor coordination
* Liaising with consultants, service providers, and external agencies
* Supporting management with operational follow-ups and MIS reporting
* Occasional visits to factory, vendors, consultants, banks, or government offices as required
* Basic ERP/SAP coordination and administrative support
Requirements:
* 2–5 years of experience in HR, Administration, or Operations Coordination
* Strong communication and follow-up skills
* Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Exposure to ERP/SAP systems preferred
* Based in Thane or nearby locations
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
