UI/UX Designer (Figma Expert) – Full-Time | Remote Full Time

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer (Figma Expert) to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered, and visually appealing digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.

The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Figma, a deep understanding of UX principles, and the ability to transform business requirements into high-quality designs and interactive prototypes. You should be comfortable collaborating with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
• Build interactive prototypes to validate design concepts and user journeys.
• Maintain and evolve design systems, component libraries, and style guides.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
• Ensure consistency across all digital products and platforms.
• Optimize designs based on user feedback and usability testing.
• Present design solutions and rationale to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX Design.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects for web and mobile applications.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, design systems, and responsive layouts.
• Strong visual design skills including typography, color theory, spacing, and hierarchy.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working with product and engineering teams.

Good to Have

• Basic to intermediate video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or similar tools).
• Basic graphic design skills for social media creatives, marketing assets, and branding materials.
• Experience designing SaaS products, CRM platforms, admin dashboards, or B2B applications.
• Familiarity with motion design and micro-interactions.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end design constraints.
• Experience with AI-powered design tools and workflows.
