About Us:
George Telegraph Training Institute – Projects Division is engaged in skill development, vocational training, and employability enhancement programs across various sectors. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled ITES Trainer to deliver quality training and enhance learner employability in the IT-ITeS domain.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct classroom training for candidates under IT-ITES / Employability Skills / Customer Service programs.
- Deliver sessions on:
- Communication Skills & Spoken English
- Customer Service & Customer Handling
- ITES (Voice & Non-Voice Process)
- Computer Fundamentals & Digital Literacy
- Email, Internet & Office Productivity Tools
- Soft Skills, Grooming & Personality Development
- Workplace Readiness & Interview Preparation
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assignments, and classroom activities.
- Maintain student attendance, assessments, progress reports, and MIS records.
- Conduct practical sessions, mock interviews, and evaluation activities.
- Monitor trainee performance and provide mentoring and counseling support.
- Coordinate with mobilization, placement, and project teams to ensure training effectiveness and placement readiness.
- Ensure adherence to project guidelines, quality standards, and documentation requirements.
- Support achievement of training targets, assessment readiness, and placement outcomes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
- Certification or background in IT-ITES / Soft Skills / Communication / Computer Applications preferred.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in training, teaching, BPO, customer service, or skill development sector.
- Experience in NSDC / Government / CSR / Skill Development Projects preferred.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of IT-ITES sector and customer service processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Internet, Email, and Computer Applications.
- Strong classroom management and learner engagement ability.
- Good reporting, documentation, and MIS handling skills.
