We are a growing fashion accessories and watch brand focused on delivering trend-forward products and seamless online shopping experiences across multiple marketplaces and platforms. We are looking for a smart, intuitive, and detail-oriented fresher who enjoys working with data, catalog management, and e-commerce operations.

Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and update product catalogs across Shopify and online marketplaces.
2. Upload and maintain product listings, including titles, descriptions, specifications, pricing, images, and inventory.
3. Maintain well-organized master/base sheets with complete details of all listings across platforms.
4. Ensure catalog accuracy, consistency, and timely updates for new launches and stock changes.
5. Coordinate with marketplace SPOCs (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, etc.) for issue resolution and operational support.
6. Troubleshoot catalog issues, listing errors, inventory mismatches, and backend operational problems.
7. Work extensively on Excel/Google Sheets for reporting, tracking, and data management.
8. Understand and accurately manage product specifications related to watches and jewelry, including features, materials, dimensions, movements, plating, stones, finishes, and styling details.
9. Monitor catalog health and backend performance to ensure smooth operations.
10. Collaborate with internal teams, including design, marketing, operations, and warehouse teams.

Who We’re Looking For

1. A smart, proactive, and intuitive individual with strong attention to detail.
2. Someone who enjoys working with data, systems, and backend operations.
3. Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data organization preferred).
4. Interest in fashion, watches, jewelry, lifestyle products, and e-commerce.
5. Basic understanding of watch features and jewelry specifications is preferred.
6. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
7. Good communication and coordination abilities.
8. Ability to learn quickly and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
9. Basic understanding of Shopify or marketplace seller panels is a plus.
